This policy explains what personal data WeBring Hospital Guide (hospital.webring.kr) collects and how it is handled.

What we collect

Only what you submit. The support request form collects your name, phone number, email, nationality, preferred language, and the school / visa / insurance details and symptom summary you enter. A reception summary you create contains the details you typed. The symptom checklist runs in your browser, and Talk Board phrases and free-text translations are not stored by us. We also use Google Analytics cookies for aggregate usage statistics.

How we use it

To arrange the hospital-visit support you requested, to contact you about that request, and to improve the service through aggregate statistics. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Storage and processors

Data is stored with our database and hosting processor (Supabase) and, for notification emails, our email processor (Resend). Free-text translation requests are sent to Google Cloud Translation only to produce the translation.

Retention

Support request data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Shared reception summary links expire automatically.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through the contact channels below.
